Job summary

Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for Sat-Sun shifts (7am-3pm) at ParkX Management.

You will patrol the property, control access, and maintain safety for residents, tenants, and guests. Responsibilities include monitoring entry points, reporting safety concerns, enforcing rules, coordinating with management for events, and assisting the marketing team during events at Reston and Loudoun locations.

Qualifications

• Virginia security officer certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-service experience.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrol route of the property using the security system.
• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforce the plaza policies and ban notices as needed.
• Conduct routine foot patrols and monitor safety and security.
• Report safety concerns to management and assist with events.
• Manage traffic and plaza operations during events at Reston and Reston Station.
