Job summary

The Williston Northampton School in Easthampton, MA is seeking College Board SAT, ACT Testing Proctors as well as AP proctors. Proctors must be available weekends during the academic year for SAT and ACT testing and/or daily for three full weeks in May for AP testing.

The proctor will administer tests, monitor rooms, enforce time limits and procedures, distribute materials, and handle test day occurrences to ensure a fair and secure testing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in digital testing or technical skills a plus.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Background checks including CORI, SORI and fingerprinting will be required.

Responsibilities

• Administer standardized tests to groups of high school students under the direction of the Testing Coordinator.
• Monitor test rooms and enforce time limits and exam procedures.
• Distribute exam materials and handle test day occurrences.
• Maintain a fair and secure testing environment.
