Job summary

The Williston Northampton School in Easthampton, MA is seeking College Board SAT, ACT Testing Proctors as well as AP proctors. Proctors must be available weekends during the academic year for SAT and ACT testing and/or daily for three full weeks in May for AP testing.

The proctor will administer tests, monitor rooms, enforce time limits and procedures, distribute materials, and handle test day occurrences to ensure a fair and secure testing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in digital testing or technical skills a plus.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Background checks including CORI, SORI and fingerprinting will be required.

Candidates must be available weekends during the academic year for SAT and ACT testing and/or daily for three full weeks in May for AP testing. The proctor will be responsible for administering standardized tests to groups of high school students following the directive of the Testing Coordinator. The proctor monitors test rooms, enforces time limits and compliance with exam procedures, distributes exam materials, and handles test day occurrences. The proctor will ensure a fair and secure testing environment.

Qualifications include: must have a high school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older; experience in digital testing or technical skills a plus; ability to work independently or as part of a team; strong attention to detail and ability to multitask; must have the ability to work in a school environment by successful completion of all legally required and school required background checks including the state mandated CORI, Criminal Offender Record Information, SORI, Sex Offender Record Information and Fingerprint based criminal background check.
