You will design an enhanced surveillance data repository with automated ingestion, processing, and monitoring of daily facility export files, and create interactive dashboards using Power BI or Qlik.

Additionally, you will develop reporting pipelines, document data flows, and lead knowledge transfer for IHS staff.

• Assess the current ILI surveillance system against CDC evaluation attributes and produce findings and recommendations reports
• Design and develop an enhanced surveillance data repository with automated ingestion, processing, and monitoring of daily facility export files
• Build automated alert and notification logic for missing, delayed, or incomplete data submissions
• Develop standardized reporting pipelines for national, Area, and facility levels
• Create interactive dashboards and visualization tools using Power BI or Qlik
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and business rules
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and develop onboarding materials for IHS staff
