Job summary

Sound Decisions Recruiting is representing a distinguished Florida Life Plan Community seeking a motivated Sales Counselor. This onsite Sarasota role focuses on entrance-fee sales, building relationships, and guiding affluent prospects through long decision cycles.

You’ll engage daily by phone, tour campus, and work with a collaborative Life Planning team to drive deposits and move-ins. The candidate will manage leads in a CRM, maintain patient and family communication, and meet realistic sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of active, quota-carrying sales experience.
• At least 3 years in a long-cycle, relationship-based sales role.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Make daily phone outreach to prospects and manage a robust lead list in the CRM.
• Conduct in-person tours and follow up with prospective residents and families.
• Build relationships, qualify leads, and move them through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Life Planning Director and sales team to close deposits.
