Job summary

Sound Decisions Recruiting is seeking a high‑caliber Sales Counselor for an onsite role in Sarasota, FL. You will drive entrance-fee contracts in a luxury Life Plan Community, manage a long sales cycle, and nurture relationships to deposits. Leads are provided and commission is earned on each sale.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with 8:30–5 hours, strong earning potential, and a collaborative team environment in a Great Place to Work-certified setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of active, quota-carrying sales experience.
• At least 3 years in a long-cycle, relationship-based sales role.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including CRM and lead management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Gerontology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Sell entrance-fee contracts at a Life Plan Community with a long sales cycle.
• Manage leads and activity in the CRM with daily outreach by phone and email.
• Conduct campus tours and present community amenities to prospects.
• Collaborate with the Life Planning Director and sales team to close deposits.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information and follow compliance standards.
