Job summary

Innowise is expanding its SAP TRM consulting team in the United States. The role focuses on eliciting and validating business needs, presenting SAP S/4HANA solutions, and guiding clients through pre-implementation activities such as requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design/configuration.

You will translate business needs into actionable functional specs and collaborate with project teams to manage risks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2) required.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounting processes and SAP integration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs via workshops.
• Provide SAP S/4HANA demonstrations and position value to clients.
• Advise client during pre-implementation: requirements, fit-gap, design, configuration.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for developers/project team.
• Identify risks and issues with project managers.

Задачи:

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops
• Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms to address client requirements
• Utilize a deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration
• Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers

• Experience as SAP TRM Consultant on implementation and support projects
• Fluent English (B2)
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with Financial Accounting processes design
• Related customizing settings hands-on experience
• Understanding integration points with other SAP modules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
