Job summary

Innowise is expanding its global SAP practice and seeking a dedicated SAP Concur/S/4HANA consultant to drive pre-implementation activities with Fortune 500 clients.

You will elicit and document business needs, translate them into functional designs, demonstrate SAP capabilities, and guide design, configuration, and risk management across the project lifecycle. Fluency in English and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as SAP Concur Consultant on implementation and support projects.
• Fluent English (B2) required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and HR processes design.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate stakeholder needs through workshops and discovery sessions.
• Provide expert SAP demonstrations and articulate the value of S/4HANA and related platforms.
• Guide clients through pre-implementation activities: requirements, fit-gap, design and configuration.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Identify risks and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops
• Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms to address client requirements
• Utilize a deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
