Qualifications

• Свободное владение английским языком (уровень B2).
• Опыт работы с SAP S/4HANA.

• Опыт проектирования процессов транспортного менеджмента.
• Практический опыт настройки интеграций с другими модулями SAP.
• Высокие коммуникативные способности как устно, так и письменно.

Responsibilities

• Выявлять, анализировать и документировать бизнес‑требования ключевых стейкхолдеров.
• Проводить экспертные обзоры и демонстрации ценности SAP S/4HANA и сопутствующих платформ для клиентов.
• Руководствоваться бизнес‑процессами и лучшими практиками в прединструментальной фазе проекта.
• Преобразовывать концептуальные требования в функциональные спецификации и user stories.
• Идентифицировать и анализировать риски и проблемы в рамках портфеля проектов.

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops
• Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms to address client requirements
• Utilize a deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers

• Experience as SAP TM Consultant on implementation and support projects
• Fluent English (B2)
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with Transportation Management processes design
• Related customizing settings hands-on experience
• Understanding integration points with other SAP modules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
