Qualifications

• Опыт работы консультантом SAP BI/BW/SAC на внедрениях и поддержке.
• Свободное владение английским языком (B2).
• Опыт работы с SAP S/4HANA и глубокие знания бизнес-процессов.
• Знание внедрения BI/BW/SAC процессов и настройка интеграций SAP-модулей.

Responsibilities

• Выявлять, анализировать и документировать бизнес-требования стейкхолдеров, планируя и проводя воркшопы по сбору требований.
• Проводить демонстрации продукта SAP S/4HANA и связанных платформ, демонстрируя их ценность для клиента.
• Консультировать клиента на пред-внедренческих стадиях: сбор требований, Fit/Gap, дизайн и настройка.
• Приводить бизнес-требования к функциональным возможностям, user stories и acceptance criteria.
• Переводить концептуальные требования в функциональные требования для команды разработчиков.
• Идентифицировать и анализировать риски и проблемы вместе с менеджерами проектов.

Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements' gathering / discovery workshops Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms to address client requirements Utilize a deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
