Innowise ищет SAP PLM консультанта для поддержки внедрений и постинтеграции. Роль включает проведение требований, демонстрации решения и выработку функциональных спецификаций для клиентов по всему миру.

Требуется опыт работы с SAP PLM и S/4HANA, сильные аналитические и коммуникационные навыки, уверенное владение английским языком. Гибкий график и международная клиентская база.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы SAP PLM на внедрениях и поддержке.
• Свободный английский (уровень B2).
• Опыт работы с SAP S/4HANA.

• Опыт взаимодействия с клиентами и стейкхолдерами.

Responsibilities

• Собирать, анализировать и валидировать бизнес-требования ключевых стейкхолдеров, организовывать воркшопы.
• Делать демонстрации SAP S/4HANA и подчеркивать ценность решений для клиента.
• Преобразовывать требования в функциональные спецификации и истории пользователей.
• Идентифицировать риски и проблемы проекта вместе с менеджерами проектов.

Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms to address client requirements Utilize a deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers

Experience as SAP PLM Consultant on implementation and support projects Fluent English (B2) Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills Experience with PLM processes design Related customizing settings hands-on experience Understanding integration points with other SAP modules Excellent verbal and written communication skills Будет плюсом: SAP Cloud experience; ABAP debugging skills
