Job summary

SNP Transformation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Consulting Manager to lead SAP-based transformation projects for enterprise clients worldwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with customers across multiple countries, and shape strategic concepts in FI/CO and related modules within SAP ECC/S4 environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in an Enterprise-wide SAP system (S/4HANA preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
• 8–10 years' experience in a SLT organization, either with SAP or a SNP competitor.
• 5 full-cycle ERP transformation projects.
• Experience managing 3rd-party consultants across multiple sites & countries.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage consulting projects - In Time / In Budget.
• Budgeting, timing, and success of the projects; planning and controlling the budget of the team.
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team; mentoring and development planning.
• Acquisition of projects and orders; presenting SNP's development and sales activities to the customer.
