Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP Transformation senior leader to drive end-to-end SAP programs for Consumer, Goods & Services clients. You will align cross-functional teams, manage complex global delivery, and deliver measurable business outcomes while handling risk, cost, and quality.

You will lead executive governance, define strategies, and advance delivery through AI, automation, and data-driven decision making, shaping the transformation journey from strategy to stabilization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP Delivery or Transformation leadership.
• 6+ years in leadership roles for SAP transformations (Consumer, Goods & Services)
• 2+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability
• Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources)
• 2+ years experience with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, deployment, data migration, change management, and readiness
• 2+ years experience managing program financials and executive stakeholders
• Experience supporting business development and pursuit activities
• Experience leveraging AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics in SAP delivery
• Prior consulting or advisory experience in enterprise transformation
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs with accountability for execution and outcomes.
• Define transformation strategies and roadmaps with client executives.
• Establish global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
• Lead program planning, staffing, governance, and financial management across SAP S/4HANA deployments.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead executive governance forums and reporting.
• Ensure SAP leading practices and governance frameworks.
• Guide teams through design, build, testing, deployment, go-live, and transition.
• Drive delivery innovation using AI, GenAI, automation, analytics.
• Develop trusted client relationships as strategic advisor.
• Support account growth and sales activities.
• Travel may be required (0-100%).
