Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive large-scale programs across Consumer, Goods & Services clients. You will shape strategy, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes from strategy through deployment and stabilization.

You will lead global delivery organizations, manage complex risk and stakeholder expectations, and leverage AI/GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve delivery quality and predictability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or consulting.
• 6+ years in leadership roles for SAP transformation programs in Consumer, Goods & Services.
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience leading large global SAP delivery teams across geographies.
• 2+ years experience in governance, testing, deployment, data migration, change management, and readiness.
• 2+ years experience managing program financials and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs with accountability for execution and business outcomes.
• Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multi-disciplinary workstreams.
• Drive program planning, staffing, governance, and financial management across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead executive governance forums and provide transparent reporting.
• Ensure adoption of SAP leading practices and Accenture delivery methodologies.
• Guide teams through milestones from design to go-live and transition to support.
• Drive delivery innovation using AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as strategic advisor on transformation.
• Support account growth through delivery excellence and opportunity identification.
• Contribute to sales origination, solution shaping, and business case creation for SAP opportunities.
• Develop delivery assets and accelerators; travel as needed (0-100%).
