Job summary

Conduct is seeking a hands-on SAP transformation leader to join our enterprise team in the US. You’ll land with strategic accounts, drive transformation programs from first use case to adoption, and own post-sale execution delivering measurable value.

You’ll translate field insights into product decisions, design deployment plans for ECC and S/4HANA, onboard hundreds of users, demonstrate ROI, and collaborate with SI partners to scale customer impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SAP or ERP consulting with live implementations.
• Deep knowledge in SAP areas (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM) or equivalent.
• Strong client-facing track record with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial instinct and ROI-focused mindset.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Be the SAP brain in the room: translate between CIOs, process owners, Basis teams and our engineers; scope use cases across finance, supply chain, procurement and sales.
• Design the transformation: explore ECC and S/4HANA landscapes; conceptualise where Conduct has impact and lead deployment.
• Turn pilots into partnerships: onboard end users, prove ROI, spot expansion signals and drive early commercial talks.
• Shape the product: influence roadmap with field insights and direct line to product/engineering.
• Build the engine: develop onboarding flows, tooling and playbooks to scale capacity.
• Work with our SI partners: align language and help deploy inside partner programmes.
