Accenture PLC is seeking an accomplished SAP Transformation Senior Leader to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs for Fortune 500/Global clients in the United States. You will partner with C-level executives, build and lead global delivery organizations, and steward value realization from strategy through deployment and stabilization.

Formación

• 12+ years in SAP Delivery, PM, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting
• 6+ years in Leadership roles for SAP transformation programs
• 2+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability
• Experience leading large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources)
• 2+ years in SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, data migration, change management, and readiness
• 2+ years in program financials, executive stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Experience supporting business development, proposals, or pursuit activities
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI/automation/analytics to improve SAP delivery

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs as primary delivery leader
• Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies and roadmaps
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams
• Drive program planning, staffing, governance, and financial management across SAP S/4HANA deployments
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations
• Lead executive governance forums and provide transparent reporting and recommendations
• Ensure adoption of SAP leading practices, Accenture methodologies, and governance
• Guide teams through milestones from design to go-live and transition to support
• Drive delivery innovation using AI/GenAI, automation and analytics
• Develop trusted relationships with client executives and support growth efforts
• Support sales origination, proposals, and deal shaping for SAP opportunities
• Develop delivery assets and accelerators while mentoring next-gen leaders
