IBM in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an Associate SAP Technology Specialist to help clients operate, analyze, and secure enterprise technology platforms. You will gain hands-on SAP exposure across Basis, BW/HANA, and security areas while collaborating with SAP, data, and cybersecurity professionals on real client projects.

No prior SAP experience is required; you’ll learn through structured learning, certifications, mentorship, and hands-on client work, with a foundation in CS/IT or related

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Foundational programming, databases, OS, cloud tech, information systems, data analytics, cybersecurity concepts.
• Exposure to software development, databases, system administration, cloud, data analytics, cybersecurity through coursework or projects.
• Ability to analyze technical information and apply structured problem-solving.
• Interest in enterprise technologies such as SAP and AI in the enterprise context.
• Demonstrated learning through courses, internships, projects, or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist organizations to operate, secure, analyze, and improve enterprise technology platforms.
• Gain hands-on SAP exposure across Basis, BW/HANA, and HANA security areas as needed.
