Job summary

Accenture leads SAP transformation with a focus on S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud, leveraging BTP, RAP, CAP, and Clean Core methodologies. The role centers on designing, building, and validating extensibility solutions and guiding modernization efforts for clients.

You will mentor global delivery teams, run architecture workshops, and ensure high-quality deliverables across geographies, with travel up to 100% based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience developing SAP applications with S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud.
• 3+ years with SAP BTP tools and services (latest App Dev and Automation stack).
• 3+ years data modeling using CDS views, AMDP, OData or related.
• 3+ years SAP custom development with Fiori-first, Clean Core, RAP.
• 2+ years in technical leadership (code reviews, architecture sign-offs).
• Experience with CMT industry/clients and consulting/advisory roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility on S/4HANA and BTP.
• Drive transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews and architecture sign-offs.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub/Joule Studio to infuse SAP Business AI where applicable.
• Mentor global delivery teams and communicate across geographies; travel may be required.
