Job summary

Accenture is hiring for a senior SAP development leader in the SAP practice. You will design, build, and test SAP extensibility solutions on S/4HANA and Business Technology Platform, using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, and Clean Core methodologies.

You will drive migration from classic ABAP to Clean Core and guide API adoption. You will mentor global delivery teams and lead architecture workshops, with travel up to 100% as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP app development with S/4HANA ABAP (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5) and ABAP Cloud.
• Minimum 3 years with SAP BTP tools and services (latest stack).
• Minimum 3 years data modeling with CDS views, AMDP, or OData.
• Minimum 3 years SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side-by-side incl. RAP.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs, client workshops).
• Prior experience in the CMT industry/clients.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years' work exp if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility on S/4HANA and BTP using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, and Fiori.
• Drive transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and released-API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews and architecture sign-offs.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse SAP Business AI where applicable.
• Guide and mentor global delivery teams; communicate across levels and geographies.
• Travel may be required from 0 to 100% depending on business needs.
