Qualifications

Minimum 5 years SAP ABAP/S/4HANA development experience.
Minimum 3 years SAP BTP tools/services experience.
Minimum 3 years data modeling with CDS, AMDP, OData.
Minimum 3 years SAP custom development with Fiori-first, Clean Core and RAP.
Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Experience with Industrial clients and consulting/advisory roles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years experience; associates require 6+ years.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility solutions on S/4HANA and BTP, primarily using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core methodologies.
Drive the transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and released-API adoption.
Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and design workshops.
Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse development with SAP Guide and mentor global delivery teams; communicate across technical levels and geographies.
