The opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, leveraging our expertise in tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. We help clients achieve better outcomes from strategy to execution.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Research and benchmark best practices, manage professional employees, and oversee performance objectives.
• Ensure billability through chargeable work to external clients.
• Lead workstream delivery with strategic oversight.
• Manage project status and oversee deliverables.
• Travel as required by client engagements.
• Participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning to execution.
• Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales.
• Lead RFP responses and manage engagement economics.
• Execute resource planning within budget constraints.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Strong technical capabilities and business acumen.
• Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams.
• Ability to deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Relationship-building skills with client personnel.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, application integration, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in software development, technology requirements analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Digital fluency and emotional agility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years relevant SAP experience.
• Design and implement SAP integration solutions using middleware technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP).
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC) and integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, SAP ABAP, EDI, APIs, web services, and data transformation tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of database management and data modeling.
• Experience with SAP integration architecture and design.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting industry experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with full-cycle implementations of core modules.
