Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years as Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
• 3+ years of SAP experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team.
• Current work authorization for employment in the United States.
• Live within driving distance of Washington, MO.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify system solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide day-to-day SAP user support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Assist with SAP configuration, testing, reporting, and enhancements.
• Participate in SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Conduct system training for end users.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.
