Job summary

WEG Transformers USA in Washington, MO, is seeking a Systems Analyst to support SAP and enterprise business systems. This role links business operations and technology, driving improvements, data migration, and successful technology initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have SAP ECC knowledge, experience with migrations or upgrades, and strong analytical and communication skills. Onsite work in Washington, MO, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
• 3+ years of SAP experience within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify system solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise business systems, with a primary focus on SAP. This role serves as a critical link between business operations and technology, helping drive system improvements, process optimization, and successful technology initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting SAP ECC environments, analyzing business processes, and delivering technology solutions that improve efficiency and performance. Experience participating in SAP migration projects, upgrades, or SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred.

What You'll Do

Business Systems Analysis

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify system solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support cross-functional projects and technology initiatives.

SAP Support and Optimization

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP users and business processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist with SAP configuration, testing, reporting, and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and process flows.

Project and Migration Support

• Participate in SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Support data migration, validation and testing activities.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.

User Support and Training

• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Conduct system training for end users.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance and support.
