Job summary

WEG Transformers USA (WTU) in Washington, MO seeks a highly motivated Systems Analyst to support and enhance our SAP-centric enterprise systems. You will bridge business operations and technology, driving improvements across SAP ECC/S/4HANA landscapes and related modules.

The ideal candidate will have SAP experience in manufacturing and a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• 3+ years of SAP experience within manufacturing or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify system solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day SAP user support and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
