Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst I – SAP to serve as the primary technical and functional expert for SAP across PM and MM modules. You will own the full lifecycle of enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, while managing governance, compliance, and access controls.

The role requires translating complex business needs into precise technical solutions with minimal supervision. The position is office-based with some travel to RWE offices and field locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/CS/related field.
• 7+ years SAP experience with PM/MM modules.
• Experience governance: ChaRM, CAB, MDG.
• Experience with SAP access management (GRC, FireFighter).
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP enhancement, upgrade, and integration projects end-to-end.
• Own ChaRM process and CAB risk assessments for releases.
• Oversee test management for regressions and upgrades.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specs and docs.
• Lead MDG governance for Material Master data.
• Own SAP access governance and security controls (GRC).
• Provide L3 troubleshooting for PM/MM and integrations.
• Develop system documentation and training materials.
