Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann in Kentucky is seeking a SAP Super User to join the Implementation Team. You will manage end-to-end testing, help develop operating processes, and implement systems for new business initiatives.

The ideal candidate has SAP experience in warehouse activities, distribution/manufacturing exposure, and strong technical skills. Travel up to 50% is required, and collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams is essential to deliver reliable, user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP pertaining to warehouse activities.
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
• Strong technology skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operating processes and systems for new business initiatives.
• Create project-specific training concepts and execute training programs for end-users with thorough documentation.
• Develop testing matrices and oversee end-to-end testing across front-end and back-end.
• Identify and troubleshoot system-related issues with IT teams.
• Create and update training materials for new functionalities and updates.
• Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights and support SAP performance optimization.
• Participate in departmental process improvements and provide recommendations based on performance.
