Apply now! is seeking an SAP Super User to join the Implementation Team, responsible for end-to-end testing, training development, and process optimization for new business initiatives.

The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong SAP warehousing knowledge, training development skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse IT and business teams. Travel up to 50% is required, with flexibility for overtime and varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP functionalities pertaining to warehouse activities.
• Experience in Distribution Center or Manufacturing environments.
• Strong technology skills and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and varying shifts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operating processes and systems for new business initiatives.
• Create project-specific training concepts and execute training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in system functionalities and processes.
• Develop testing matrices and oversee execution of testing phases.
• End-to-End Testing of Front-End to Back-End processes, including system unit/integration/regression testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot system-related issues with IT teams.
• Create and update training materials for new functionalities and system updates.
• Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights and support system optimization.
• Participate in departmental process improvements with data-driven recommendations.
