Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions is seeking a US-based SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to guide the implementation and integration of SF modules for government clients. You will oversee team delivery, ensure alignment with client goals, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple government programs.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors HCM ABAP development, CPI, API integrations, and a proven track record in leading technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors HCM ABAP development and CPI experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (CPI) and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP, ABAP Objects and ABAP Workbench.
• Experience leading technical teams on large and small projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation teams.
• Collaborate with client teams and senior management to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP SF modules and integrations.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver progress reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget.
