About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to lead our SuccessFactors team. You will be responsible for managing client engagements, leading workshops, and delivering SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions that align with business needs. This role involves working with diverse teams, managing project risks, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
• Manage client relationships and facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
• Oversee project delivery, manage risks, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including 3-4 full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.
• Experience in highly unionized environments is preferred.
