Job summary
Agile Global Solutions, Inc is seeking an experienced HCM Technology Analyst to join our on-site HCM technology team as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. The role focuses on designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, and ADP Time & Attendance solutions.
You will develop functional designs, manage upgrades, and collaborate with business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience, while acting as a technical consultant to grow HCM expertise
Qualifications
- Experience designing and configuring enterprise HCM systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with system testing, upgrades, integrations, and deployments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, and WFS/ADP Time & Attendance solutions.
- Develop functional designs and technical specifications.
- Manage system upgrades, integrations, outages, and complex troubleshooting.
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience.
- Serve as a technical consultant and help build HCM platform expertise across the team.
- Identify and implement industry best practices, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Support enterprise application enhancements and project initiatives.
