Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a seasoned data specialist to analyze legacy HR and payroll data and map it to SAP ECP structures. You will define transformations, value mappings, and defaulting logic while collaborating with payroll functional, technical, and legacy teams.

You will maintain source-to-target mappings with full traceability, validate converted data, and support data reconciliation, parallel testing, and cutover readiness for federal payroll projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience.
• Deep understanding of payroll data structures and foundational logic.
• US citizenship and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.
