Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement complex SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions across multi-entity, multi-country environments with emphasis on modular scalability, extensibility, and compliance.
• Serve as technical authority for:
• Foundation Object (FO) and Generic Object (GO) modeling
• Metadata Framework (MDF) development and custom objects
• Advanced XML Configuration for Succession Data Models, Country-Specific Elements, HRIS Sync, and EC Extensions
• Design and implement advanced business rules (onInit, onChange, saveRules, onView), workflow derivations, and event reason logic trees for lifecycle automation and compliance adherence.
• Define and govern complex Role-Based Permission (RBP) frameworks, including dynamic group derivation, target population configuration, and hybrid security across EC and dependent modules.

Preferred candidate profile

• SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certification in Employee Central (EC)
• Hands-on experience in Position Management, EC, RCM and Onboarding end to end data flows.
• Experience in global deployments (LATAM, EMEA, APAC) with full localization coverage

Background in agile implementation models and experience in holding workshops, and working directly with business teams as delivery lead in addition of configurator.
