Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-focused SAP consultant to drive client success through SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and related modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define requirements, and shape innovative SAP solutions for complex business challenges.

Travel to client sites is expected, with opportunities for remote work. The role emphasizes leadership, architecture-level guidance, and delivering measurable business outcomes across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformation project in a global delivery model.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while managing team performance.
• Provide solutions to challenges that impact various groups and engage with subject matter experts in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time.
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Coordinate implementations, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.
