Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation expert to drive large SAP initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and lead client delivery. You will shape requirements, craft specifications, and guide implementations across and beyond SAP SuccessFactors modules. Travel to client sites and remote work options are available.

Bring 5+ years in SAP transformations or advisory, and 2+ years in leading large SAP programs. Certification in Employee Central Time and Time Management is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years SAP transformation, advisory, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years as Project/Workstream Lead on large SAP programs.
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and Time Management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams and guide key decisions.
• Manage team performance and address challenges across groups.
• Engage with SMEs in SAP SuccessFactors modules and drive adoption.
• Define requirements, create specs, and coordinate implementations.
• Support change management and stakeholder alignment; travel as needed.
