Responsibilities

• Lead business systems analysis for SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout.
• Configure and administer modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, and Reporting.
• Gather business requirements and document functional specifications and HR processes.
• Support SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA integrations involving employee data, org structures, payroll, and time management.
• Collaborate with technical teams on SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and other integration solutions.
• Provide post-go-live, hypercare, and ongoing production support.
• Lead requirements workshops, process mapping, solution reviews, and UAT.

Salary Range: $130K PA to $162K PA

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst II will support the implementation, integration, configuration, and post-go-live support of SAP SuccessFactors within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners to support HR systems, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business systems analysis for SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout.
• Support configuration and administration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, and Reporting.
• Gather business requirements and document functional specifications and HR processes.
• Support SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA integrations involving employee data, organizational structures, cost centers, payroll, and time management.
• Collaborate with technical teams on SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and other integration solutions.
• Provide post-go-live, hypercare, and ongoing production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
• Support system enhancements, releases, change requests, testing, and deployments.
• Lead requirements workshops, process mapping, solution reviews, and UAT activities.
• Maintain system documentation, process flows, and support procedures.
• Support security, access controls, SOX, GDPR, audit, and change management requirements.
• Participate in cutover planning, data migration validation, and hypercare activities.
• Manage HRIS projects, interfaces, workflows, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Maintain HR data integrity and support HR reporting and dashboards.
• Develop project plans and monitor project progress.
• Provide system training and support to HR users.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external system integrators.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors implementation and post-go-live support.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience with global HR deployments and multi-country configurations.
• Knowledge of Payroll, Time Management, and third-party payroll integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with hypercare and long-term application support.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s).
• Strong business analysis, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
