Job description

Must-Have

• SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central (EC) and Time Management is mandatory
• Implementation and support experience in Employee Central and Time Off
• Understanding of Employee Central, Role Based Permissions (RBPs), Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, such as Time Profiles, Time Types, and Time Sheets
• Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors EC, including business rules and workflows

Good-to-Have

• Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
• Knowledge in integration of EC with ECP
• Conduct discovery meetings with customers by identifying their current processes and future state requirements
• Good understanding of Integration Center

Salary Range

$100,000 - $140,000 a year
