Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors EC consultant with strong certifications and hands-on implementation experience.

You will design and support complex EC configurations, including Time Off, Time Profiles, Time Types, and Time Sheets, and work on RBPs and workflows to meet client requirements. Knowledge of Integration Center and ECP integration is a plus, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have SuccessFactors EC certifications and Time Management certification.
• Experience implementing and supporting EC and Time Off modules.
• Strong understanding of EC concepts: RBPs, time rules, and time object configuration.

Job description

Must-Have

• SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central(EC) and Time Management is mandatory
• Implementation and support experience in Employee Central and Time off
• Understanding of Employee Central, Role Based Permissions (RBPs), Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors EC including business rules, workflows.

Good-to-Have

• Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
• Knowledge in integration of EC with ECP
• Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
• Good understanding of Integration Center

Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 a year
