Job summary

MSA, The Safety Company is seeking an SAP Subscription Billing & Revenue Accounting (RAR) Analyst in Cranberry Township, PA. This full-time role focuses on end-to-end subscription-to-revenue architecture, SP integration, and complex ASC 606 guidance across S/4HANA and SAP Subscription Billing on BTP.

You will drive design decisions, lead integration patterns, and manage SI resources while coordinating with audit and controllership on revenue policy changes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP RAR configuration across full-lifecycle implementations and/or ECC-to-S/4HANA conversions.
• Experience with SAP Subscription Billing on BTP and integration with S/4HANA.
• Deep IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscription and multi-element arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end subscription-to-revenue solution architecture and lead design workshops.
• Configure RAR on S/4HANA including revenue contracts, POBs, and posting logic.
• Architect SAP Subscription Billing solution (cloud) with rate plans, billing, and usage rating.
• Design integration between Subscription Billing and S/4HANA via SAP Integration Suite / iFlows.
• Lead fit-gap analyses for complex subscription scenarios and transitions.
• Define migration approach for revenue data from ECC to SAP Subscription Billing.
• Ensure reconciliation across GL, COPA, and CI/FI-CA; validate postings with accounting teams.
• Lead SI resources and coordinate with auditors on revenue policy changes.
• Oversee go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live enhancements.
