Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a SAP RAR Functional Support Analyst to provide post-go-live production support for a subscription billing modernization initiative. You will be the primary owner for SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting processes, ensuring accurate contract creation, event handling, allocation, posting, and reconciliation across wholesale, retail, and subscription scenarios.

You will work closely with OTC, GL, ABAP, and integration teams to investigate incidents, resolve production

Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with SAP RAR and revenue accounting processes.
• Understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 concepts related to revenue recognition.
• Experience supporting production issues, incident handling, and reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze end-to-end impacts across source transactions, SAP processing, and accounting results.
• Collaborates with OTC, GL, ABAP, and integration teams; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-go-live production support for SAP RAR in a subscription billing modernization context.
• Own SAP RAR processes: revenue contract creation, event processing, allocation, posting, and reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents; ensure stable revenue accounting operations.
• Coordinate with OTC, GL, ABAP, and BTP teams to diagnose and fix issues.
• Document issues, fixes, and process changes for audits and knowledge sharing.

Job description

The SAP RAR Functional Support Analyst will provide post-go-live production support for a subscription billing modernization solution migrating from a legacy platform to SAP.

The role will act as the primary support owner for SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) processes, ensuring accurate revenue contract creation, event processing, allocation, posting, and reconciliation across wholesale, retail, and subscription business scenarios.

The analyst will work closely with OTC, GL, ABAP, and BTP support teams to investigate issues, resolve production incidents, and maintain stable revenue accounting operations.

Required Skills

• Strong functional experience in SAP RAR.
• Good understanding of revenue recognition concepts, including:

• Experience supporting integrated business flows tied to billing and finance.
• Ability to analyze end-to‑end issue impacts across source transactions, SAP processing, and accounting results.
• Experience with production support, incident handling, root cause analysis, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work closely with OTC, GL, ABAP, and integration teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with subscription billing or recurring revenue models.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and/or IFRS 15.
• Experience with legacy modernization to SAP.
• Familiarity with interface-driven SAP landscapes.
