Job summary

A technology consulting firm is looking for an SAP RAR Consultant in Dallas, Texas, to lead implementation and support of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with finance and IT departments to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and provide ongoing support for the system. Strong experience with SAP integration and troubleshooting is required. This role is a contract position.

Job description

Job Title: SAP RAR Consultant (Support, Maintenance & Implementation)

• Lead SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) implementation, configuration, and ongoing support activities.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Perform RAR integration with SAP SD, FI, and CO modules; troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Drive end-to-end testing, including UAT, defect resolution, and deployment support.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user training materials.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend system enhancements or automation opportunities.
• Provide production support, monitoring, and maintenance for SAP RAR and related interfaces.
