Key Responsibilities

• Presales Engagement: Act as the solution architect in presales cycles, working closely with sales teams, solution consultants, and clients to understand business challenges and position SAP S/4 HANA–based solutions.
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance S/4 HANA architecture across industries, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and digital transformation strategies. Should have deep expertise in Supply Chain Solutions (PP, PM, SCM, EWM etc) or Finance
• Industry Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding of at least one industry (Manufacturing, Life Sciences, MedTech etc.). Experience and expertise in multiple industries is a plus.
• Client Workshops: Lead discovery sessions, design thinking workshops, and value engineering exercises to uncover business needs and showcase SAP’s differentiators.
• Proposal Development: Support RFPs, RFQs, and solution proposals by providing architecture options, roadmaps, and technical write-ups.
• Demonstrations: Deliver compelling SAP S/4 HANA demonstrations and proof-of concepts (PoCs) showcasing the value proposition to business and IT stakeholders.
• Thought Leadership: Provide subject matter expertise in SAP transformation, contributing to whitepapers, industry events, and customer presentations.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with delivery teams, product management, and partners to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in SAP solution architecture and delivery, with at least 3+ years in pre sales specifically in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong presales or solution consulting background with proven success in global SAP Transformation programs.
• Technical Expertise: Classification: Internal Ability to converse in SAP S/4 HANA core modules (Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain). Knowledgeable about developments and trends in industries of expertise.
• Understanding of integration with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and third-party applications. Sound Knowledge in SAP offerings like RISE, Signavio, BTP, AI etc and proven track record of engaging customers in innovative solutions.
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI/ML, advanced analytics, and cloud native architectures.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as required.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $164,000 base per year

Pay Range Maximum: $263,000 base per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
