EPAM NEORIS is seeking an SAP Business Solution Architect to lead technology-driven SAP architecture across pre-sale and delivery. You will shape roadmaps, guide governance, and partner with clients from discovery to blueprint, driving innovation and alignment with SAP portfolios.

The role requires strong SAP functional experience, leadership skills, and advanced English proficiency. This remote-friendly position offers home office support and ongoing professional development.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of solution architecture experience in SAP contexts.
• Strong leadership to guide architecture governance and delivery decisions.
• Solid project governance across pre-sale and implementation lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management for client discovery and relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Run SAP pre-sale and governance to ensure quality delivery outcomes.
• Drive solution discovery with clients and support the sales team during assessments.
• Define SAP solution-specific functional requirements from vision to blueprint.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and align business requirements to SAP capabilities.
• Develop target architecture and client roadmaps aligned with SAP solutions.
• Define and integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains.
