Qualifications

• 2–3 years in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.
• Proficient in SAP Shipping, Logistics Execution, or Inventory Management.
• Experienced with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip.
• Accurate with export docs and serial number matching.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill outbound deliveries by identifying, picking, and staging sales orders in SAP.
• Post inventory and update material tracking in SAP.
• Link packing slips, delivery notes, and serial records to SAP transport files.
• Audit inventory via cycle counts to fix discrepancies.
• Coordinate with carriers for parcel shipments and generate labels.
• Verify export documents for international shipments.
