TPI Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk I for 1st shift on a temp-to-hire basis. The role supports daily shipping and warehouse operations, preparing products for shipment, verifying documentation, and assisting with loading and unloading activities.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and basic computer proficiency, with forklift and crane operation capabilities preferred. The position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State motor vehicle operator’s permit for forklift operation highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shipping operations and shipment preparation.
• Review shipping documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure shipment information is entered accurately into company systems.
• Identify shipment discrepancies and report issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Operate forklifts as a Level 1 Operator for standard material handling activities.
• Operate overhead cranes as a Crane Level 1 Operator.
• Schedule shipments using at least one approved carrier method.
• Follow ISO 9001 shipping procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
