Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows.
• SAP experience is a major plus.
• Ability to work well in a team with close co‑workers and office staff.
• Strong organization, planning, customer service and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Backup for Production Coordinator responsibilities.
• Close and file all open Batch Sheets in SAP; scan batch sheets into the system.
• Copy and scan daily freight orders; forward to Accounts Payable Coordinator.
• Assist with freight deliveries or pickups as needed.
• Process paperwork for incoming raw materials, supplies and returns.
• Inventory management and organization of inventory.
• Collect, send and track samples of finished materials.
• Purchase office and miscellaneous supplies.
• Submit environmental inventory weekly to Supervisor, Environmental Manager and Safety Manager.
• Picks up and processes orders.
• Prepare goods for shipment.
• Prepare labels and paperwork.
• Operate a forklift.
• Repackage finished goods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
