Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. seeks an accomplished SAP Director, Solutions Integration to lead enterprise SAP architecture across S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, and Group Reporting. You will shape global templates and drive multi-year transformation programs.

You will guide cross-functional design, ensure scalable integration with MES, WMS, PLM, and tax engines, and mentor a team of functional leads through global rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; SAP functional experience across multiple modules.
• 15+ years SAP functional experience across modules required.
• Hands-on leadership in at least 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA transformations in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SAP functional architecture across S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, and Group Reporting.
• Define and govern the global SAP template for manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and finance.
• Lead blueprinting, solution design, and architecture reviews for global rollouts.
• Provide functional oversight for RICEFW development, data migration, and testing strategy.
• Establish governance frameworks for change management, release management, and solution lifecycle.
• Mentor functional leads across modules and guide cross-functional design decisions.
