Job summary

GAF is seeking a SAP Director, Solutions Integration to lead enterprise SAP architecture across S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP and Group Reporting. You will define end-to-end digital architecture for manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, finance, and reporting.

You will drive global template design, oversee RICEFW data migrations and testing, mentor senior leads, and steer multi‑plant transformations with a focus on scalable, future-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 15+ years of SAP functional experience across multiple modules required.
• Hands-on leadership in at least 2-3 full-cycle S/4HANA transformations in manufacturing required.
• Deep expertise across: S/4HANA core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM), SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, SL&P, Contracts), SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, S&O P, Inventory), SAP Group Reporting
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-module integration.
• Proven experience designing global templates and leading global rollouts.
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable SAP architecture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP architecture across S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, and Group Reporting.
• Define and govern the global SAP template for manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and finance.
• Lead multi-year digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and SAP best practices.
• Drive solution roadmaps, capability assessments, and architecture standards.
