Job Description:

DXC Slovakia is progressive, well-established company, with a strong customer focus, implementing a strategy to provide services which are simple, customized, convenient, interconnected, digital, personal, reliable and offering good value for the money.

DXC nearshore delivery location in Bratislava is primary delivery location for SAP application services with focus on German speaking customers. Scope of delivery is an SAP application development and 3rd line application management in a possession of an SAP platform with 180 systems, 19000 SAP users + approx. 8000 mobile ones, around 60 non-SAP applications.

This is an opportunity for an SAP consultant to handle broad range of SAP applications for our Client from the business functionality point of view.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand human resources processes and requirements.
• Participate on ceremonies to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Design and recommend SAP HCM solutions that align with best practices and business goals.
• Configure and customize SAP HCM modules, including but not limited to Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll.
• Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within the SAP HCM landscape.
• Understanding the integration of SAP HCM with other SAP and third-party systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, payroll interfaces).
• Provide and troubleshooting for SAP HCM systems.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations within SAP HCM, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the SAP HCM environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting, configuration, and development.
• Knowledge of the latest SAP HCM trends, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex system issues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• English and German – working proficiency level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP HCM certification or related SAP certifications.
• Experience with some of the cloud-based HR solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
