• Including filing Landlord/Tenant cases and eviction court filings, continuances, and preparing and attending court appearances for tenant eviction hearings, and code hearings as needed.
• This is a part time work from home position.

Requirements:

• Strong Proven experience with residential LT law in the state of Pennsylvania, including experience with LT eviction filing and court process and working with Tenants that are delinquent in rent and other lease violations.
