Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Lead IT Analyst – Manufacturing Operations to optimize SAP S/4 Manufacturing, Production Planning, and shop-floor integration. You will partner with factories and operations leaders to translate production needs into scalable SAP S/4 solutions, enhancing performance and reliability.

This role drives end-to-end production execution and planning capabilities, integrates SAP with MES, DCS and PLCs, and ensures accurate material movements, capacity planning, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT analysis experience in manufacturing, PP or factory operations.
• Hands-on SAP S/4 PP/DS in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience integrating SAP with MES, DCS, PLCs or other production systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and support SAP S/4 Manufacturing solutions, PP and PP/DS.
• Lead requirements and solution design for end-to-end production processes.
• Design and support SAP integration with shop-floor systems (MES, DCS, PLCs).
• Ensure material movements and inventory postings across production, including WIP and rework.
